How do I make a payment?

Where is the pricelist of your bouquets?

We apologise in advance that we do not publish our pricelist. This is mainly because flowers are seasonal goods and the prices fluctuates based on the availability, season and type of flowers as we commonly use imported flowers as part of our floral design. Our pricing has been and will continue to be reasonable.


Do you do same day delivery?

Yes. But it depends on our availability. For same day delivery enquiry, kindly call or text/WhatsApp us at +6017 560 0629.

Is COD available?

Unfortunately, it is not available at the moment as all of our products are on a pre-order basis.

Where do you deliver?

We provide delivery to Klang Valley and Malacca. Unfortunately, we do not cover Cyberjaya & Putrajaya areas at the moment. We do plan to expand in more delivery areas. Do follow us on Instagram & Facebook for our latest update.

What's your delivery rate like?

Our delivery rate starts from RM10 depending on the delivery distance. Klang Valley Ampang/KL/Kepong/PJ/Damansara: From RM20 onwards Subang/USJ: RM 20 Shah Alam/Klang: From RM15 onwards Malacca Alor Gajah: RM10 Cheng/Batu Berendam/Bachang: RM15 Sg. Udang/Malacca town: RM20

Must my recipient be present to accept the flowers?

To maintain a fast and efficient delivery, please ensure that your recipient or you are present at the address provided to receive the flowers. There will only be a 10 minutes waiting time. If it is unsuccessful, the flowers will be sent back to Avantgarde Blooms and a notification will be sent to you. Shall there be need for a re-delivery, a minimum fee of RM20 will be charged and it is also subjected to flower condition. No replacement flower will be delivered if the flowers have wilted after being sent back to us.

When do you deliver?

We deliver daily even on Public Holidays unless we've announced on our social platforms otherwise. Do follow us on Instagram & Facebook for our latest update.


Can I make a personalised or customised bouquet?

Yes. Kindly call or text/WhatsApp us at +6012 560 0092 to arrange a customised bouquet. For customised bouquets, we usually require our customers to order two (2) to three (3) days in advance depending on availability.

How do I place an order?

All you have to do is just select a design that we've done in the past or let us know the budget you have in mind for customised bouquets. It's that simple. We accept orders in all our platforms. Call/text/WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, or via email.

Can I change my order details?

For changes on delivery address or message card, you can email us at avantgardeblooms@gmail.com or message us on Facebook or Instagram. Changes to order details can only be made up until two (2) working days before the delivery date.

How do I pause/delay or cancel my order?

You may pause or delay your order two (2) days before the delivery date. The same order must be delivered within the next fourteen (14) days after the delivery date. If failed to do so, the payment made for the arrangement will be forfeited. Unfortunately, most of our bouquets are made-to-order and there are no options to cancel an order.


Can I choose the type of flowers that I want for subscriptions?

Before signing up for our subscription, we will ask you a couple of questions on your flower and colour preference. Every subscription arrangement is different in a way and is selected tastefully by our florist. As we strive to create a surprising factor to every of our customer and in hope to introduce new flower(s) to the mix in their arrangement, we are unable to customise further in our subscription plans.

How do I pause or delay my subscription?

You may pause or delay your subscription two (2) days before the delivery date. The re-schedule of delivery must be made in the next seven (7) days after the initial delivery date.
